Refund policy
At Printale, every poster is made from scratch, specifically for you. Because each order is a custom-created product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
PROOF APPROVAL
Before we print anything, we send you a digital proof for review. You have the opportunity to request changes at this stage. Once you approve the proof, we proceed to print — so please review it carefully.
QUALITY ISSUES & MISPRINTS
If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defect caused by us, we will reprint or refund your order at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We will assess your claim and provide a replacement or full refund promptly.
WRONG ITEM
If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, contact us and we will send the correct item immediately.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Digital files are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be returned. If there is a quality issue with your file, we will replace it.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
