PRODUCTION TIME
Every Printale poster is made from scratch. After you approve your digital proof, please allow:
- Standard production: 2–4 business days

PROOF TURNAROUND
Your digital proof is sent within 2–4 business days of placing your order. Revisions are processed within 1 business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after proof approval
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
- Shipping is via Australia Post or a tracked courier service
- A tracking number is provided once your order ships

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. International delivery times:
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom / Europe: 7–14 business days
- United States / Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–21 business days

All international orders are tracked. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

PACKAGING
All posters are shipped in rigid, protective packaging designed to prevent damage in transit. Prints are wrapped in tissue and placed between protective boards inside a reinforced mailer.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@printale.com.au with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

PLEASE NOTE
Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (Valentine's Day, Christmas). If you have a deadline, mention it in your order notes and we will do our best to accommodate you.
